Kenneth Hulbert is a commercial broker in the Newport Beach office of DAUM. Ken is a twenty-five year resident of San Clemente and a graduate of San Diego State University.

Before entering the real estate field, Ken spent nine years in sales and sales management with the Xerox Corporation. During that time, he was recognized seven times for his annual performances.

In 1978, Ken joined Ashwill-Burke and was the top producer in 1979, 1980 and 1981. Starting in 1982, he became a Vice President with the firm and culminated his career by becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 1988.

Some of Ken’s clients include Kelly Services, Inc., San Diego State University, Bank of America, Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA), U.S. Food & Drug Administration, The SoCo Group, Provident Insurance, and Western Digital Corporation.

Most notable recent transactions include representing Western Digital, Bergen Brunswig (now AmerisourceBergen), The SoCo Group, and Passco Enterprises in relocating their corporate headquarters. During the past several years Ken has sold over 155 properties.

Ken is a member and past Chapter President of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. With his SIOR designation, Ken is recognized by the commercial real estate industry as an expert in commercial and investment real estate. He also serves on the Presidents Council at San Diego State University.

During his last three years, Ken has been involved in sales of properties with a value in excess of $245,000,000, plus numerous leases totaling over 2,500,000 square feet.
